Response Times
Our support team typically responds within 24 hours during business days. For urgent issues, please include as much detail as possible to help us resolve your problem quickly.
Before submitting a ticket, check this documentation for answers to common questions. Many issues can be resolved by reviewing the relevant documentation.
Please use Urgent priority only for critical production issues that are actively blocking your team. Misuse of urgent priority may delay response times for truly critical issues.
